Galashiels Chess Club: 50 years of chess

The Gala Chess Club has been going for 50 years now, and over the years has produced many of the best players in the Borders.   During the playing season (approx September to May) it meets in Gala Waverley Bowling Club, Kirkbrae, Galashiels.
